Printers and Scanners

The ScanSnap scanner is AMAZING when you have to turn paper session notes into PDF, with some documents it can actually turn it into a searchable PDF so you can find it later.  We had this the entire time we ran our practice - wonderful when you have paper EOBs.

Projector/Screen

An office projector really doesn't have to be the best quality, you do want something with LED vs a regular bulb (bulbs cost a lot!!!).  Size the screen based on the space you have.  You may also want to mount the projector to the ceiling so if you do that make sure it has a remote.
