Values Based Leadership Workshop - Part Two

This workshop includes 4 live, virtual sessions discussing the benefits of Values Based Leadership and walking you through the steps of creating your mission statement and shaping the culture of your business. The topic will be introduced in a live presentation with opportunities to ask questions and have open discussion throughout, followed by a group coaching session the next week. In this coaching session I will help to guide and support you through the process of creating your mission statement and shaping the culture of your company. Sessions 1 and 3 will be recorded and available within 48 hours of the live presentation. The group coaching sessions (sessions 2 and 4) will not be recorded.
