Values Based Leadership, Part One

This workshop includes 4 live, virtual sessions discussing the benefits of Values Based Leadership and walking you through the steps of how to identify your personal values and how to align those with your core company values. The topic will be introduced in a live presentation with opportunities to ask questions and have open discussion throughout, followed by a group coaching session the next week. In this coaching session I will help to guide and support you through the process of identifying your personal and company values. Sessions 1 and 3 will be recorded and available within 48 hours of the live presentation. The group coaching sessions (sessions 2 and 4) will not be recorded.

Session 3 (2/6/23): Live, Interactive Presentation: Creating and Aligning Core Company Values
Session 4 (2/13/23): Group Coaching – Real time support: Identifying and Aligning Core Company Values
